Thank you to everyone that was able to come out and explore and celebrate the works of Christina Soontornvat! We hope you had as much fun as we did. We look forward to reading one of her books together as a school as a part of One Book One School in early 2026. We are also excited to welcome her for an author visit in May, when she will present to students during the school day and attend Fine Arts Night.

This year the 2025 Fall Book Fair raised over $2000 for new books for Prospect's Library. Mrs. Swanson and Mrs. Bodrozic carefully selected an array of new books for our children to enjoy!

We want to thank all the volunteers that made this year's book fair a success. From set-up to take down, working the registers, and helping parents and students find books, we could not have done this without you. Thank you to Megan Bartelli, Trisha Lewin, and Olivia Rickert, our Book Fair Co-Chairs, and the parent volunteers, Manish Kumar, Simmi Rakalla, Katie Schmidgall, Oojwala Rajmane, Parin Katwala, Shuqing Stacker, Sarah Herrmann, Lindsay Uthe, Mallory Solchenberger, Sana Khan, Kerissa Ellenberger, Maureen Bowyer, Pari Pappas, Divya Punjabi, Julie Steele, Kristen Kester, Bevin Gniadecki, Linda Garbis, Danielle Boyajian, and Anne Lewis.

---------------

Family Reading Night, featuring the works of author Christina Soontornvat, could not have been a success without our amazing librarians, Mrs. Swanson and Mrs. Bodrozic, and our Committee Chair, Gretchen Kotleba, who has chaired Family Reading Night for the past three years, this being her last! We are going to miss her so much! Thank you for all you've done! Thank you to Sarah Kelley for assisting Gretchen this year, as well as the teachers and staff who made it a magical night for everyone: Mrs. Cummings, Mrs. Duffy, Ms. Bailey, Mrs. Nardulli, Mrs. Bergin, Mrs. Wheeler, Mrs. Bodrozic, Mrs. Andrlik, Mrs. Matt, Ms. Scudella, Mrs. Litman, Mrs. Rudiger, and Mrs. Mundt. It was a great turn out and kids and parents had a great time!
