We are looking for a parent to be the PTO contact on March 28th for the Jesse White Tumblers assembly. You will just need to assist the staff with greeting the tumblers and be present at the event - March 28th 12:30 set-up. Bonus for you - you get to watch the tumblers! CHMS Pizza Wars 🍕

Join us Wednesday, March 12th from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm in the CHMS Gym
Calling all pizza lovers! The ultimate pizza showdown is coming to CHMS, and you're invited to be the judge. Sample delicious slices from 5 premier vendors and crown the Western suburbs' pizza champion!

Your evening includes:
—Tastings from 5 competing pizza vendors
—Gourmet Gone Grazy charcuterie (for an extra charge)
—Fun photo booth to capture the memories
—Exciting raffle with amazing prizes
—Entertaining student talent show

Open to everyone! Bring your family and friends - CHMS attendance not required. Current fifth-grade siblings are also welcome! For incoming 6th graders, you will need to create a Membership Toolkit account if you don't already have one.

Parent Night Out Fundraiser- Last Week to Buy Your Tickets!

The deadline to purchase tickets for the Parent Night Out Fundraiser is quickly approaching on Friday, March 7th. Don't miss out and click here to make your purchase.

Also, the "Buy It Now" items will close on March 3. Stay tuned for an email with raffle items coming this week!

Here are the details:
When: Saturday, March 15 from 7-10 PM
Where: Hinsdale Golf Club
Registration: $100 includes heavy appetizers and drink tickets. Last day to register is March 7.
Attire: Date night (In keeping with Hinsdale Golf Club policy, denim is not allowed).
**Additional drink tickets may be purchased onsite using CASH ONLY.

Shop at Vintage Charm and The Open Door in downtown Clarendon Hills on Wednesday, March 5, and a portion of your purchase price will benefit the PTO. This is the perfect opportunity to get an outfit for the Parent's Night Out fundraiser, update your spring wardrobe and refresh your wine cabinet. (Open Door purchases include onsite and carry-out!)

Vintage Charm is extending its hours until 6:00 p.m., so you can shop after work and then head over to The Open Door for happy hour. Get a group together to benefit our PTO!

Buy Your Parent Daughter Dance Tickets Today!

Lights, camera, action! Your Parent-Daughter Dance Planners are rolling out the red carpet and tickets are now on sale.

We are extending the early bird pricing one more day until Monday, March 3rd at 11pm. After that, prices will go up to $30 per person. Venmo @diane-crites $25 per person to pay and that counts as your RSVP!

Newsletter Chairs Needed for Next Year!

Your Newsletter Ladies, Kiersten Tomson and Katie McMahon, are retiring in May! Which means, we need two volunteers to take over for the 2025-2026 school year.

This team puts together the newsletter we all love (and are currently reading!) each week, plus they are the first to know the scoop before it hits your inbox!

If you are interested in co-chairing, we would love to start the job early and shadow our current co-chairs for an easy transition. The newsletter process uses simple technology, so the new volunteers do NOT need to be tech experts. Please reach out to vp@prospectschoolpto.org if you are interested or have questions.
