Prospect Prides

We want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who purchased raffle tickets and attended our Panther Pride Fest on Friday! It was so fun bringing our Panther families together to celebrate the new playground and kick off a new year of fundraising. Good luck to all of the students who purchased teacher experience raffle tickets! Winners will be chosen this week.

The amazing raffle would not have been so successful had it not been for the FUN and CREATIVE experiences, so a giant thank you goes out to the PROSPECT TEACHERS & PRINCIPAL CUMMINGS!

A special Panther Pride goes out to Jen Teubl and Kristen Timson, for their work that started this summer and for chairing the fest.

Panther Pride Family Fest

We are so excited to invite our Prospect families to our 2nd Annual Panther Pride Family Fall Fest on September 13th from 4 - 6 p.m.!

We have planned a fun event with bouncy houses, games, karaoke, and other activities including exploring our new playground. We will also have a popcorn treat for the kids and the Dope Sandwich food truck with sandwiches for purchase. Please note that a parent/guardian must be in attendance the entire time.

Raffle ticket order forms came home with your children this week. If you haven't already filled out the paper form, CLICK HERE for an easy online ordering form. Your children will LOVE all of the unique teacher experiences and items they can enter to win! Winners will be contacted the week after the event and do not need to be present to win.

We hope to see everyone Friday afternoon!

Prospect musicians (ALL of the students at Prospect!) each have a performance opportunity this school year. Please see this list to find your child's performance date. Specific information will be sent home closer to each event. We look forward to seeing our young performers on stage!

Prospect Choir Registration Open

Attention all 4th and 5th grade families!

Registration is now open for Prospect Choir’s 2024-25 season! This performing ensemble is an extracurricular activity offered to all 4th and 5th grade students. If your child loves to sing, this is the ensemble for them! Choir provides added enrichment for students to learn vocal technique, performance skills, music reading, ensemble experience, and the joy of singing with others.

Prospect Choir meets Tuesdays from 7:45 – 8:30 a.m. and has four performances during the school year. If your child would like to be a part of the Prospect Choir, please read the choir information (including the 2024-25 calendar) and register them online at https://tinyurl.com/ChoirRegistrationFall2024 by Friday, Sept. 13.

We are also looking for 2 choir co-chairs (one 4th grade parent and one 5th grade parent). If you are looking for a great way to volunteer and get involved, please contact me at the email below! We would love to have you on the choir team! Click here for flyer.
