Please use this form to submit articles or prides to be included in our PTO weekly e-newsletter, Prospect News, delivered on Sunday mornings at 7am, or to post news or updates on your webpage on the PTO website.
All content will be reviewed and approved before going live. And only PTO or school-related news and information will be included in the e-newsletter or posted to the website.
Be certain to fill out the form by Sunday, one week before the intended Sunday distribution, and include the publication issue date you want your information to appear in.
If you would like your content to run for more than one week, you must resubmit the post again each week through the same process using the “Submit Content” form on the PTO website.
Helpful Hint: Amending or rephrasing your post will grab readers’ attention better than if you submit exactly the same content each week. Please also try to keep your submissions current and post closer to the pertinent time frame/date since running content more than two weeks in advance may be too soon for readers to take note.
