Future Projects Request

Request Submission Deadlines for the 2018-29 School Year:

  1. To take advantage of the fall fundraiser proceeds and allow teachers and the school to quickly receive nominal items that can be used in the current school year, there will be 2 deadlines for future project requests: November 1 and February 1. 
  2. All requests received by November 1 will either be approved, denied, or deferred by the Future Projects Committee with input from the PTO Board and school principal. Anything deferred will be kept on file and re-evaluated by the committee after the February 1 deadline has passed.

Submit Future Project Request

  • For example, specific class, entire population, specific individuals, etc.
  • For example, if requesting a certain set of books or instruments, why is this particular set preferable to another set or genre of books or a different instrument?
  • For example, timelines for ordering, implementation notes, etc.
