Michelle Sebastian, Coach and Partner at Lakeshore Lacrosse, otherwise known as Seabass, will be leading our next (and final) Student Leadership Meeting for the year.

Michelle played high school basketball and soccer at Hinsdale Central High School. She attended Vanderbilt University and picked up a Lacrosse stick for the first time during her freshman year. Michelle started on their inaugural Division 1 women's Lacrosse team and earned a scholarship.

She has been with Lakeshore Lacrosse for 15 years, help 100+ players get recruited to college. From this success, Michelle was inspired to start Be Gritty Recruiting Consulting in January 2023 to help student-athletes in all sports reach their collegiate sports goals. Since 2017, she has also been the play caller and color analyst for Vanderbilt Women's Lacrosse ESPN+ home game broadcasts.
